Transplanting  Traditions

Community Farm

Signups are now LIVE for our 2024 3-Season CSA! This is a subscription service where you pay upfront and receive a box of fresh veggies each week. We offer a flower subscription too which includes one gorgeous fresh bouquet each week- and the flowers change with the seasons, just like the veggies, so there's always plenty of variety. When you buy a CSA share from TTCF, you are directly supporting a refugee woman's independently owned businesses. We offer 2 different box sizes, 8 pickup locations, and payment plans. Connecting Cultures Through Farming and Food

Transplanting Traditions supports food sovereignty in the refugee community through access to land, education and opportunities for refugee farmers to address community food insecurity and the barriers they face in reaching their dreams of farming. The farm provides a cultural community space for refugee adults and youth to come together, recreate home and build healthy communities, and continue agricultural traditions in the Piedmont of N.C.
