In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islanders History Month (MAY 2024), TTCF will be hosting an event and launching an online donation campaign for the month.
Our Spring Open House will be a small festival style gathering focused on AAPI inspired food, vendors, music and activities for youth and children.
Produce from TTCF farmers will be available to purchase and attendees will have 2 chances to tour the farm!
Admission is FREE. Our fundraising goal is $5,000!
Farm Tours will cost a fee.
Tour Times: 12:30pm and 2:30pm

Transplanting Traditions supports food sovereignty in the refugee community through access to land, education and opportunities for refugee farmers to address community food insecurity and the barriers they face in reaching their dreams of farming. The farm provides a cultural community space for refugee adults and youth to come together, recreate home and build healthy communities, and continue agricultural traditions in the Piedmont of N.C.
