The Transplanting Traditions Community Farm is a non-profit project that supports it’s community in many ways. It also relies on this same community for support through in-kind donations of supplies, monetary donations as well as volunteer support and intern support. The farm is a spectacular place to both visit and learn from and we enjoy sharing it with the greater community.
Please check out the interns page as well as the volunteers page both under the “Get Involved” tab for more information about getting actively involved. If you have supplies to donate or wish to donate monetarily check out our “Donate” tab on the main page. If you have any questions please contact us.
