Cing Neam is a Chin refugee who comes from Burma. She has one son who is 22 years old. Her family had a very large farm in Burma where the grew wet rice, as well as many other vegetables such as corn, potatoes, and yellow beans. She relies on the farm as a source of extra income because she says that she struggles to earn enough money at her job. She enjoys selling healthy vegetables, and saves the money that she earns from selling produce. She even sells her vegetables to the Chin community in Maryland!
Her favorite vegetables to eat are mustard greens, although she had a hard time picking just one. She usually boils the greens into a soup with yellow beans but she also likes to pan fry them with cooking wine.
